Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve protection at open phase of a three-phase four-line system of AC power supply in simple structure. SOLUTION: The controller has control circuit means in the neutral point power line and the R-phase power line of the three-phase four-line system of AC power supply, and has an exciting coil for a third three-phase power switching means, in series, between an S-phase power line and the neutral point power line. It is connected to the exciting coil of a second three-phase power switching means via the switch part of a first three-phase power switching means, to a T-phase power line and the neutral point power line, and further it is connected to the switch part of the third three-phase power switching means via it, and no matter which phase may open in at least the three-phase four-line system of power line, the switch part of the second three-phase power switching means 11 is opened.
