Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar-battery module with improved F.F. (fill factor) wherein, even when a thickness of an inter connector is made thicker for reduction of resistance loss in a solar-battery cell and the solar-battery module, in a manufacturing process of the solar-battery module, a semiconductor substrate of the solar-battery cell is prevented from causing large warpage, breaking of the cell and peeling off of an electrode, etc., and deterioration of manufacturing yield is prevented, and further resistance loss is reduced. SOLUTION: The solar-battery module includes: two or more solar-battery cells wherein at least a collector electrode consisting of a bus bar and a finger is formed on a surface; and the inter connector connected to the bus bar electrode for electrically connecting to the adjacent solar-battery cell. At least a connection end portion of the inter connector to the bus bar electrode is made thinner and wider than the portion other than the connection end portion. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
