COMPONENT SUCKING APPARATUS, SUCKING POSITION CORRECTING METHOD THEREOF AND MOUNTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component sucking apparatus capable of improving production efficiency. SOLUTION: The component sucking apparatus includes: a plurality of component feeding means for feeding components; a head unit 40 having a head 41 provided thereon; a head unit moving means 4 for moving the head unit 40; a lower portion recognizing camera 21 arranged at the head unit 40 and consisting of a scanning camera; a camera moving means 25 for moving the camera 21 with respect to the head unit 40; an imaging control means for taking an image while allowing the camera 21 to pass above a component feeding position by moving at least any one of the head unit 40 and the camera 21; a sucking position confirming means for confirming the sucking position for the component on the head 41 on the basis of imaging information obtained by the imaging control means; and a component suction control means causing the head unit moving means 4 to move the head 41 to the sucking position and causing the head 41 to suck the component.
