GIFT RETURN SUPPORT APPARATUS AND ITS PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gift return support apparatus for achieving the sales promotion effect of a gift dealer and quick and sure return of a recipient especially by improving the efficiency of the procedures of returns, regarding the gift return support apparatus for giving returns in receiving gift merchandise such as a mid-year gift or a year-end gift. SOLUTION: The gift return support apparatus 10 comprises a gift receiving means 11 for receiving the sending of the gift merchandise ordered from a sender 21 to the recipient 22 in the name of the sender 21 and similarly receiving the order of a return from the recipient 22 to the sender 21, and a merchandise dispatch instruction means 12 for instructing the dispatch of the gift merchandise on the basis of the reception information of the gift receiving means 11. Further, the gift receiving means 11 comprises a reception and operation control part 11A for receiving the gift merchandise and performing operation control and a merchandise list presentation part 11B for presenting the candidates of the gift merchandise in a list form when selecting the gift merchandise, and the sales promotion effect of the gift dealer and the quick and sure return of the recipient are achieved.
