LENS UNIT AND CAMERA MODULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens unit capable of keeping a proper interval between lenses reliably while fixing a shading plate by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The lens unit includes a lens-barrel, two mutually adjacent lenses arranged in the lens-barrel, namely, the first lens 110 and the second lens 120, and the shading plate 160 arranged between the first and second lenses 110, 120. A first contact part 116 coming into contact with the shading plate 160 is provided on a side where a flange part 112 of the first lens 110 opposes to the shading plate 160, and a second contact part 126 coming into contact with the shading plate 160 is provided on a side where a flange part 122 of the second lens 120 opposes to the shading plate 160 and at a position where the first lens 110 is deviated from the first contact part 116.
