PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high speed and high SN by making effective use of a long generation time of a reference light in an optical coherence tomography device having a rotation retroreflector. SOLUTION: The optical coherence tomography device includes a means for making the difference between the path length of the reference light 15 and the path length of a material light 14 variable, and a rotation body 9, in which, for example, a plurality of transparent bodies having different thickness are disposed, wherein tomographic images are obtained by continuously detecting the deep layer distribution of a measuring object material 4 within the generation time of the reference light of the retroreflector 5a, while resetting the difference of the light path length.
