HOT WATER GENERATING SYSTEM USING HEAT OF CONDENSER FOR AIR CONDITIONER AND REFRIGERATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve problems wherein a coolant is cooled during heat exchange in the condenser for a conventional air conditioner or refrigerator, but due to this, air or cooling water is heated, and its heat is discharged to the atmosphere, or sufficient cooling effect of the coolant can not applied in the condenser particularly during outside air temperature rise of the summer season, causing increase of electric power demand due to its effect, and energy such as gas or petroleum is largely consumed in operation of a hot water and steam generator such as water heater or a boiler. SOLUTION: Of water supply piping supplied to all places and buildings using air conditioners and refrigerators and using hot water generators such as a water heater or a boiler, water supply piping to the hot water generators such as a water heater or a boiler is not directly connected, heat exchange is carried out with all or one part of coolant piping from compressor discharge sides to outlets of the condensers of the air conditioners and refrigerators during cooling operation, and they are connected to water supply ports of the hot water and steam generators such as a water heater or a boiler after cooling a coolant and heating supply water.
