SOLUTION: An opening part (a locking groove) 35b locks a joint 50a on the top face of a string fixing member 30a, thereby regulating the vertical movement of the joint 50a, and an elastic piece 30d is restored as the joint 50a moves in the horizontal direction toward the opening part 35, thereby regulating the horizontal movement of the joint 50a toward a circular part (a passing hole) 35a.
