Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch device that inhibits a rapid engagement of a clutch and a bad influence on clutch feeling, and reduces abrasion. SOLUTION: The clutch device 10 comprises: a flow rate variation device 80 which mechanically changes an oil return amount to a clutch master cylinder 30; and a speed determination device 90 which mechanically determines the magnitude of return speed of a clutch pedal 20 that operates the engagement and release of a clutch mechanism. The flow rate variation device 80 has disk-like members 82, 83. The disk-like member 83 rotates only when the magnitude of the return speed of the clutch pedal 20 is equal to or larger than a determination value. When the magnitude of the return speed of the clutch pedal 20 is equal to or larger than the determination value, areas of communication passages W1, which are formed by making communication holes 821 of the disk-like member 82 overlap with communication holes 831 of the disk-like members 83, are set smaller in comparison with the case where the magnitude of the return speed of the clutch pedal 20 is less than the determination value.
