WORKING METHOD, PROGRAM AND APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a highly accurate working shape close to an ideal shape by suppressing a working error generated at a boundary portion of a recessed surface in creation of a working shape including a plurality of adjoining recessed surfaces. SOLUTION: This working method is characterized in approximating an error distribution of a molding surface after the working by a function 1 (S205) when the measurement result of the recessed surfaces after the working includes a large working error outside a tolerance range (S204), excluding measurement points deviated a predetermined value or more from the value of the function 1, repeating the process of finding the function 1 till the measured points disappear and then estimating an error amount (S206-208), generating a function 2 for approximating the error distribution of the excluded measurement points, estimating the whole errors from the function 1 and the function 2 (S210) and repeating an operation of outputting a tool trajectory of correction working.
