Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time until a mobile communication terminal is brought into a call arrival waiting state. SOLUTION: A mobile communication terminal 10 includes a hardware 11 and an information processing unit 12. The hardware 11 constitutes a frequency detection device 111 for detecting a frequency of a radio wave of a cell and a receiving device 112 for receiving notification information. The information processing unit 12 includes: a cell selection section 121 which selects a cell to receive notification information based on reception quality of radio waves relating to the relevant detection from cells relating to the detected frequency and allows the receiving device 112 to receive the notification information of the selected cell; a quality determination section 122 which acquires information indicating the reception quality of radio waves relating to the detection of the frequency and the reception of the notification information and determines the quality of the cell from the relevant information indicating the reception quality; and an intra-range location determining section 123 for determining, based on the determined quality of the cell, whether the mobile communication terminal is located within a range of the relevant cell.
