ELECTRONIC INFORMATION APPARATUS AND FUNCTION REGULATING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic information apparatus having high operability for facilitating the setting of a time required until functions of the electronic information apparatus are regulated. SOLUTION: The function regulating method has: steps S3-S5 each counting a time T1 required for changing the shape of a cellular phone body composed of at least a first casing and a second casing coupled to each other from an opened state to a closed state; steps S6-S8 each counting a dial lock timer T2 defined based on the result; and a step S9 for regulating one part of functions of the cellular phone body.
