SOLUTION: First and second terminal electrodes 31, 32 are provided spaced from each other on the surface of a dielectric substrate 12. First outer layer through-hole conductors 61 connect each of the first terminal electrodes 31 to a first internal electrode 411. Second outer layer through-hole conductors 62 connect each of the second terminal electrodes 32 to an internal electrode 421. A first internal layer through-hole conductor 51 connects each of a plurality of internal electrodes 411-41n.
