Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a verification method of verifying an effective test program change time, in the situation where a test is allowed only once or times closely near thereto in a product such as the same magnetic storage device, and a verification system therefor. SOLUTION: Only a change due to updating of a test program is efficiently extracted by comparison-verifying fluctuations before and after the updating of the test program with a production time-serial fluctuation, in each of a plurality of measuring items.
