Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital signature device and a digital signature program for enabling an electronic seal impression in a single device, and determining the authenticity of the electronic seal impression. SOLUTION: The digital signature device adds electronic seal impression data to data to be sealed (S117), and adds the number of electronic seal impression data which is added to the data to be sealed, to the data to be sealed as additional information (S120). The digital signature device determines the authenticity of the electronic seal impression data which is added to the data to be sealed by comparing the number of electronic seal impression data which is the additional information added to the data to be sealed with the number of electronic seal impression data which is added to the data to be sealed.
