Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating device improved in the efficiency of heat utilization even if cold water storing operation to a cold water tank is not performed. SOLUTION: This refrigerating device comprises a refrigerant circuit X constituted by circularly connecting a compressor 16, a heat exchanger 27 for hot water supply, a cold water heat exchanger 18 and a heat source-side heat exchanger 19, a bypass pipe 30 bypassing the cold water heat exchanger 18, a solenoid valve 31 for cold water heat exchange bypass, restricting a refrigerant flow to the bypass pipe 30, a hot water supply tank 26 for storing water heated by the heat exchanger 27 for hot water supply, and control devices 15A-15C each controlling an operation of the compressor 16 according to a hot water storage state in the hot water supply tank 26, the cold water cooled by the cold water heat exchanger 18 is stored in a cold water tank 81 when the compressor 16 is operated, and the air distributing amount of a blower 22 disposed in the heat source-side heat exchanger 19 and supplying air to the heat source-side heat exchanger 19 is controlled so that the difference of refrigerant temperatures between prescribed two points of the refrigerant in the refrigerant circuit X is kept at a specific value or larger.
