METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING ASPHALT MIXTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for manufacturing asphalt mixture, wherein an asphalt mixture mixed with a 100% new material or the new material and the waste material respectively is manufactured effectively in an asphalt plant. SOLUTION: A waste-material drier 3 and two of new-material driers 1, 2 arranged in tandem are provided while a heated new material passed through the first new material drier 1 is supplied to the second new material drier 2. Furthermore, when manufacturing the asphalt mixture using the 100% new material, both of the two driers 1, 2 arranged in tandem heat and raise the temperature to a targeted heating temperature of the new material. Also, when manufacturing the asphalt mixture of mixing the new material and the waste material, the required new material is supplied to the first new material drier 1 for heating up to the targeted heating temperature for the new material, which then is dried with ventilation by the second new material drier 2 without burning a burner 7' but only by blowing air.
