Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peptide nutrient composition with which calories, nitrogen sources, carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins are fully supplied to patients who undergoes surgery or malnourished patients, and which is of a liquid state, free of white turbidity, even if it is refrigerated so as to be ingested readily. SOLUTION: The peptide nutrient composition is clear and sterilized with heat, comprises peptide as the nitrogen source, and dextrin, having DE 10-20 derived from tapioka starch or waxy corn starch having the amylose content of 0-20 wt.% as carbohydrate source, substantially does not have lipids, and has a viscosity of ≤30 mPa s and a transmittance which is 50 %T or higher at 720 nm, after storage at 4°C for 8 weeks.
