Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a voltage pulse having a high voltage required for operating a hypothetical cathode electron tube and rapidly rising by connecting an air core type transformer to an MC type explosive generator, thereby radiating high-power electromagnetic waves. SOLUTION: A current supplied from a capacitor group 1 is amplified by the MC type explosive generator 3, the amplified current is further high-voltage-pulse-converted to a high-voltage pulse while storing it in the air core type explosive generator 4 as electric energy, a cap switch 10 is operated when the voltage value of the high-voltage pulse is set at a predetermined value, and thereby rapidly-rising pulse voltage waveform is applied to the hypothetical cathode electron tube 12.
