Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer information management system, a customer information management method and a customer information management program, allowing management of a plurality of databases storing customer information of servers installed in a plurality of stores associatively to each other. SOLUTION: A center server 11 reads an area-classified update day in each customer information from a customer information center database 12, and transmits a deletion instruction instructing deletion of the customer information to the store server 31 of an area when the read area-classified update day of the customer information is before a predetermined time point.
