PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an accurate detection by reducing the influence of disturbance light. SOLUTION: At least two or more first light guide bodies 9A and second light guide bodies 9B for guiding a detection light L to a sensor unit 8 by bundling an optical fiber 10 group are arrayed so as to be lined up in a parallel state, and the optical fiber group is bundled with difference angles of inclination in such a state that the first guide bodies and the second guide bodies are given prescribed angles of inclination to a detection opening 6 so that the detection of a disturbance light can be carried out based on the difference of the light quantity of a transparent light by the first light guide bodies and the second light guide bodies.
