FLOOR HEATING PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating panel capable of easily renewing a floor finishing material laid on a top face, and suppressing the generation of noise when the floor finishing material is strongly stepped on. SOLUTION: This floor heating panel comprises a grooved plate-like body, small joists arranged roughly in parallel with one another in one direction in parallel with the plate-like body, a heat medium circulation pipe disposed in the groove, and protective covers disposed on the heat medium circulation pipe to cover pipe connecting portions disposed roughly orthogonal to the small joists. A soaking sheet is adhered to a top face of the plate-like plate, a belt-shaped non-adhesive sheet having a non-adhesive layer on a top face of a base material composed of PET is adhered to both sides of the small joists and the protective covers at a top face of the soaking sheet, and adhesive agent coating sheets are adhered to the non-adhesive sheet, the small joists, and top faces of the protective covers. In a protective cover neighborhood of the plate-like body neighboring the protective cover, a sticky material absorbing sheet is disposed between the plate-like body and the soaking sheet, and the non-adhesive sheet comprises a metallic layer.
