HEATING COOKER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of cooking vegetable to optimum hardness in the heating cooker performing heating cooking of a heated object with steam. SOLUTION: This heating cooker 1 comprises a heating chamber 101 for heating food 300, a steam generating portion 112 generating steam supplied into the heating chamber 101, a control portion 130, a calendar means 140 recognizing a cooking date when heating cooking is performed, and an operation knob 121 for inputting a date when the food 300 is purchased into the control part 130, and the control portion 130 is constituted to calculate a harvest date when the food 300 is harvested from the purchase date inputted by the operation knob 121, and decides a process of the heating cooking of the food 300 on the basis of an interval between the cooking data recognized by the calendar means 140 and the calculated harvest date.
