Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boundary block which can avoid troubles including crush of a block body and damage of a locking means, such as an anchor pin and the like, to the ground to improve reliability, and enables improvement of a drainage function, such as early elimination of a puddle on a sidewalk and the like. SOLUTION: The boundary block A is provided with a block 6, which can be locked to the ground 5 by using a locking means 4, so as to function as a partition between a roadway 1 and a sidewalk 2. The block 6 comprises a concrete block body 7, and a rubber base 8 which the block body 7 is mounted on and can be locked to the ground 5 by the locking means 4.
