Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof panel which can be easily and surely piled regardless of panel deformation and size difference, stabilizes a panel piling state, and hardly causes the deformation and damage to a panel during transportation. SOLUTION: In the soundproof panel comprising a panel body and an almost rectangular panel frame body, a receiving part for receiving the outer peripheral back of an upper panel when stacking flatly a plurality of the panels is formed in the outer periphery of the panel frame body holding the panel body, and an inclined wall extending ahead of the panel from the inside end of the receiving part is formed by having an inclined part, inclining toward the inside direction of the panel, in at least a part of the receiving part.
