Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container and a straw with which the tint, clarity, aroma or the like of its contents are felt, which facilitate controlling a drinking quantity, and further which enable drinking of its contents at a breath. SOLUTION: The packaging container 2 is a packaging container for liquid which is allowed to be reduced in volume by pressing of a container wall thereof, includes a tubular straw body 1c having a lowest end opening 1b for a straw hole and a top opening 1a for jetting a liquid out therefrom, and a cup 5 having a through-hole 5a in its bottom surface which allows the straw body to airtightly penetrate therethrough, and has a straw hole 4 therein which is on the outer periphery of the straw body 1c and is kept air-tight.
