COATED POLYAMIDE BASED RESIN FILM AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-barrier laminated film being excellent in adhesiveness and gas barrier properties to oxygen and water vapor, having flexibility and moisture and heat resistances and being easy to manufacture. SOLUTION: The gas-barrier laminated film includes: a substrate composed of a polyamide based resin composition; and a coating layer formed on the substrate and comprising a methylol melamine with all or a part of the methylol groups alkyl-etherified and a polyvinyl alcohol based polymer as essential components. The coating layer is formed by hardening a resin mixture comprising (A) a methylol melamine with all or a part of the methylol groups alkyl-etherified and (B) a polyvinyl alcohol based polymer, in the weight ratio of 25/75 to 90/10, and a catalyst added in an amount of 1-10 pts.wt. based on the total amount of 100 pts.wt. of (A)+(B).
