Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the rigidity of a reinforcing plate by a flange without enlarging upper lid member while determining the rotation stopping position of an operation transmission part of a lid hook, which is pushed down by a hook releasing button, after displacement to a hook releasing position. SOLUTION: The rice cooker includes a pressure regulator 20 and a slider 40 connected to a driving shaft 31 of a solenoid coil 30. The slider 40 prevents displacement of the operation transmission part 13c to the hook releasing position, and reciprocates between a locking position to permit opening of the pressure regulator 20 and a lock releasing position to permit displacement of the operation transmission part 13c to the hook releasing position and to forcibly open the pressure regulator 20. The slider 40 has a rotation restraining part 46 sliding on the upper surface of a flat plane part 12b. Since the rotation restraining part 46 is lower than a locking part 45 of the slider 40 located on the rotation radius of the operation transmission part 13c in the locking position and projects to the lid hook 13 side, the slider 40 is located on the rotation radius of the operation transmission part 13c in the lock releasing position, and hits at the operation transmission part 13c after displacement to the hook releasing position.
