PRESSURE RICE COOKER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disposed a safety opening device for preventing a lid from being opened in a pressurizing rice boiling state closer to a lid hook side. SOLUTION: The pressure rice cooker includes a pressure regulator 20; a slider 40 connected to a driving shaft 31 of a solenoid coil 30; guides 51 and 52 for restraining movement of the slider 40 in the direction of advancement/retreat of the driving shaft; and an operation transmitting part 13c for a lid hook 13. The slider 40 has connection frame parts 43 and 44 for connecting the guides 51 and 52 and side frame parts 41 and 42 on the same side in the direction of advancement/retreat, and a lock part 45 projecting on one side in the direction orthogonally crossing the direction of advancement/retreat. The solenoid coil 30 is disposed between the side frame parts 41 and 42, and a valve operating shaft 43a is disposed in the connection frame part 43 on the pressure regulator 20 side and connected to the driving shaft 31. When the slider 40 reciprocates between a locking position to prevent opening of the lid and a lock releasing position to permit the opening of the lid, the connection frame part 44 on the lid hook 13 side passes through the internal space of the lid above the solenoid coil 30, and the slider 40 is at the locking position and located on either side of the solenoid coil 30.
