APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR ADJUSTING SERVO GAIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a servo gain adjusting device wherein a control parameter of a servo controller can be selected by a combination of any settling time in adjustment results and the amount of displacement from a target position. SOLUTION: The servo gain adjusting device includes: a parameter change unit 35 that sets a control parameter in a list of control parameter information on a servo controller 20; an adjustment result storage unit 36 that stores a settling time measured when an controlled object is positioned with a set control parameter and the amount of displacement from a target position; an adjustment control unit 37 that displays an adjustment screen page on a display unit 32; and an input unit 33 for selecting any position in a scatter diagram on the adjustment screen page or a list of control parameter information. The adjustment screen page contains: the scatter diagram drawn from the results of adjustment in which the controlled object is positioned with each control parameter, with respect to settling time and the amount of displacement from a target position; and the list of control parameter information.
