Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a control system and a control support device which achieve setting of a more appropriate servo control condition in a short time. SOLUTION: The control system comprises a servo system 100 which controls a motor 112 which drives a load device 113, and a control support device 200 which is connected with the servo system 100 and performs automatic adjustment of an optimum value of an adjustment parameter set up in order to control the motor 112 to predetermined target operation. An adjustment parameter adjustment section 210 in the control support device 200 automatically sets up a parameter to be adjusted and its adjustable range based on a simulation result, and automatically adjusts the optimum value of the adjustment parameter within the adjustable range based on the result of an actual operation of the motor 112.
