LUBRICATING OIL COOLING DEVICE IN INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool lubricating oil returning from a crank case 4 to an oil pan 10, in an internal combustion engine in which the crank case 4 having a built-in crank shaft 5 is integrally provided in a cylinder block 2 having a plurality of cylinders 3 arranged in the direction of the crank shaft 5 and the oil pan 10 is connected to the crank case 4 via a ladder frame 8 constituted to have a frame shape surrounding the perimeter or is directly connected to the crank case 4. SOLUTION: A cooling pipe body 18 constituted to make cooling fluid flow inside is integrally provided at least on one longitudinal inner wall face 4a, 8a positioned on the side where the crank shaft 5 is rotated in the direction toward the oil pan 10 viewed from the direction of the crank shaft 5 out of longitudinal inner wall faces on both right and left sides extended to the direction of the crank shaft 5 on the inner face of the crank case 4, ladder frame 8 or oil pan 10, so that part of the circumference of the cooling pipe body 18 is protruded from the one longitudinal inner wall face 4a, 8a.
