Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a functional vinyl halide polymer resin, that is, a vinyl halide polymer which is excellent in workability, gel lubrication and transparency without using no processing adjuvant. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a functional vinyl halide polymer includes adding various kinds of alkyl acrylic acid esters alone or the polymer emulsion or the dried product of various kinds of the alkyl acrylic acid esters or the acrylic acid esters to a vinyl halide alone or various kinds of mixtures containing mainly the vinyl halide at a ratio of about 10-0.1 wt.% to 90-99.9 wt.% relative to the total weight, and then subjecting the resultant mixture to copolymerization or graft reaction, to produce the vinyl halide polymer.
