Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant oil composition which allows, in an automatic transmission such as a multi-speed transmission or a continuously variable transmission, both the combination of a high transmission torque capacity and the prevention against variable-speed shock. SOLUTION: The lubricant oil composition comprises a lubricant oil base oil, an imide compound, an amide compound and an aliphatic amine compound, wherein the imide compound has a content of 300-1,000 mass ppm in terms of nitrogen based on the whole weight of the composition; the amide compound has a content of 380-1,300 mass ppm in terms of nitrogen based on the whole weight of the composition; and the aliphatic amine compound has a content of 35-360 mass ppm in terms of nitrogen based on the whole weight of the composition.
