Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet stacking device capable of quickly and stably stacking even curled sheets and also provide an image forming device. SOLUTION: In this sheet stacking device, the rear end of discharged sheets S1 is so pressed by a pressing member 122 that the height of the rear end of the discharge sheet S1 is below a pair of discharge rollers 110 in the direction of the sheet stacking surface 112a of a stacker tray 112. A restraining member 123 so projects from the lower side of the pair of discharge rollers 110 to the upper side of the discharge sheets S1 in the state of being pressed by the pressing member 122 that the height of the rear end of the discharge sheet S1 is below the pair of discharge rollers 110 even when the pressing member 122 is moved to a retreated position.
