PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine machining tool having extremely small width dimension and capable of machining even a groove having a high aspect ratio, a manufacturing method of the fine machining tool, a precision device, and a manufacturing method of the precision device. SOLUTION: There is provided a fine machining tool, including: a handle part; a first taper part provided in one of the end portions of the handle part; a shaft part provided on the end portion at the side opposed to the side where the handle part of the first taper part is provided; a blade part provided on the end portion at the side opposed to the side where the first taper part of the shaft part is provided, wherein a diameter dimension of the shaft part is smaller than the diameter dimension of the blade part, and the second taper part is provided between the shaft part and the blade part.
