Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of coating with a coating liquid agent capable of surly forming a coating film having an even thickness by simple operation without remaining uncoated spots regardless of a surface structure of a coating surface, a property of the coating liquid agent, and an environmental condition. SOLUTION: The method of coating the coating liquid agent for coating with the coating liquid agent on a coating surface using a coating instrument having a supporting member constituted by a substrate and both-sided panels, and a porous elastomer attached to the supporting member in such a manner that its upper face protrudes above the upper face comprises the impregnating process for impregnating the coating liquid agent into the porous elastomer of the coating instrument, the first coating process for coating with the coating liquid agent by transferring the coating instrument from the under part to the upper part of the coating surface while pressing the coating instrument impregnated with the coating liquid agent in the impregnating process onto the coating surface, the second coating process for coating by transferring the coating instrument toward the under part on the coating film formed on the coating surface with a reduced pressure on the coating surface after maintaining the coating instrument having reached the uppermost part of the coating surface by the first coating process horizontally, and the finishing process for detaching the coating instrument from the coating surface after inverting from the under side the coating instrument having reached the undermost part of the coating surface.
