Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment apparatus capable of safely treating drops of dew condensation generated inside a dispensing implement such as a mask from the exhalation of a patient or from the excessive chemical when the chemical inhalation apparatus is operated, capable of avoiding penetration of mist of the excessive chemical and the exhalation of the patient into a chemical mist feeding conduit, and capable of achieving a treatment environment in which high hygienic condition is retained when the apparatus is continuously used. SOLUTION: The chemical inhalation apparatus includes a drain mechanism including a drain conduit 4, a storage tank 6, and a chemical feeding conduit 3 and the drain conduit 4 which are independent of each other.
