Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display system that enables desired portable display devices to be identified and enables efficient operations without requiring increases in size and weight. SOLUTION: The display system includes means for reading identification information displayed on electronic paper 6, means for inputting desired search information, and means for sending the identification information and search information to a server 1. The server 1 includes means for searching stored display information for display information including the search information sent, and means for, if there is applicable display information, specifying identification information corresponding to the display information. The specified identification information is sent to the electronic paper 6, and the electronic paper 6 that stores identification information matching the identification information sent makes a predetermined display.
