Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of widening jitter measurement range or method of adjusting the same as a method for dithering of offset signal or delay signal like spectrum information from a system of a sample group or an edge time group (partially clipped). SOLUTION: The sampling method finds the deterministic and random components of a signal when the magnitude of the signal exceeds the range of the sampler. A pseudo random series determines a delay. Following to the delay, a sample group is collected. Next, which sample group will be clipped is determined. Two series are created and auto-correlating is operated. The auto-correlation without being clipped is created. After that it is converted into the frequency region, and its electric power spectrum is analyzed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
