DISPENSING SEALING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SEALING WELL APERTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing sealing apparatus which more surely seals the edge of each well over its entire circumference, and is reduced in size and cost. SOLUTION: This dispensing sealing apparatus 1 has a slide pressing section 2 attaching a film so as to cover apertures of a plurality of wells, by pressing the film in such the state that an adhesive surface of the film faces the upper surface of a crystallized plate 100. The slide pressing section 2 has: a plate surface pressing means with a sealing member pressing plate 15 which has a plurality of through-holes corresponding to pitches of the wells and is arranged so that the adhesive surface of the film can be attached to the upper surface of the crystallized plate 100; and a well edge pressing means with a plurality of sealing member pressing pins 20 which are inserted in the plurality of through-holes of the sealing member pressing plate 15 from above at a prescribed depth.
