Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a construction period and reduce construction costs by drastically reducing the number of operation processes and the number of construction members on the basis of reasonable remodelling, and to achieve corrosion prevention of an internal peripheral surface of a branching hole and improvement in sealing performance. SOLUTION: A flow passage on a lower body side of a branching cock is blocked by a flow stopping piece regularly prepared on an upper body side of the branching cock, components except a lower body are removed, a protection member B having a protection cylinder section 10 surrounding the periphery of the lower body is externally fixed on a fluid tube 1, and the lower body is removed in an operation housing 18 connected with the protection cylinder section 10. After removing the operation housing 18, a corrosion resistant cap E having a seal material 30 and a corrosion resistant closing cock 31 is mounted on a mounted jig F of the operation housing 18, the corrosion resistant cap E is fitted and fixed on the protection cylinder section 10, and an opening and closing valve D for work and the operation housing 18 are removed from the protection member B after sealing a gap between an internal peripheral surface of the protection cylinder section 10 and an external peripheral surface of the corrosion resistant cap E and covering the internal peripheral surface of the branching hole 2 of the fluid tube 1 with the corrosion resistant closing cock 31.
