Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tandem multistage anchor which enables tension control to be easily and accurately performed by preventing an unbalance of a tension load of a prestressing steel strand even in the case of collective tension. SOLUTION: In a load bearing body 30 on a second deck or later, a differential adjusting pipe 32 for holding the pressure bonding grip in an arbitrary position in the pipe by inserting it is provided on the underground side of a bearing plate 31 for supporting a leading end of the prestressing steel strand 3 undergoing the fitting of the pressure bonding grip 33. A gap with dimensions corresponding to a difference between the amounts of the elongation of the prestressing steel strand during pulling operations is provided and held. When the tension from the ground after the completion of anchorage in an anchor hole is collectively applied, the difference between the amounts of the elongation of the prestressing steel strand is absorbed by the gap which is provided in the differential adjusting pipe 32, so that an anchoring load can become even.
