PAPER DELIVERY DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To load a bundle of a sufficient amount of papers in a paper delivery tray by avoiding overlapping of needles in a paper delivery device for delivering plural bundles of papers post-treated by stapling to a paper delivery tray. SOLUTION: When a bundle 200 of papers treated by staple is delivered to a second paper delivery tray 61, a delivery speed of the bundle of the papers delivered from the second delivery tray 61 is variably controlled by controlling delivery speeds of paper delivery rollers 91, 92 of a shifter mechanism 90. Thereby, a position of the paper bundle 200 loaded to the second paper delivery tray 61 is offset in its delivery direction. The offset in the paper delivery direction disperses a position of the staple needles 201 and reduces its overlapping on the plural paper bundles 200 loaded on the second paper delivery tray 61. This can stably load the paper bundle 200, and increase an amount of the paper bundles which can be loaded on the second paper delivery tray 61. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
