Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the control device of a hybrid car for reducing impact torque generated in the case of releasing parking lock. SOLUTION: The control device of a hybrid car is provided with a decision means and a control means. The decision means decides whether or not a mode for generating impact torque is set in the case of releasing parking lock. When it is decided that the mode for generating impact torque is set in the case of releasing parking lock by the decision means in a parking lock state, the control means makes a second motor generator output torque in the direction opposite to the rotational direction in the case of releasing parking lock so that the looseness filling of a driving system connected to the second motor generator can be performed, and the control means makes the first motor generator output torque in the same direction as the rotational direction in the case of releasing parking lock, so that the looseness of the driving system connected to the first motor generator can be removed.
