Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper cutting auxiliary structure which can accurately and easily cut a printed paper in a simple structure. SOLUTION: At a paper discharge route provided in the body of a printer, cutting grooves 18 used when the paper is cut by handwork are provided. A receiving surface 14b extending in the breadthwise direction of the paper is provided directly under the cutter grooves 18. A paper pressing member 26 facing the receiving surface 14b, and is supported longitudinally movably between the position adhered to the receiving surface 14b and the position separated from the receiving surface 14b. A cutter guide 26b for guiding the cutter is provided in the direction along the cutter grooves 18 on the upper surface of the paper pressing member 26. The paper pressing member 26 is brought into close contact with the receiving surface 14b from above the paper, and the lower side of the cutting part of the paper is fixed to the receiving surface 14b.
