POSITION ADJUSTING MECHANISM FOR MOVABLE BASE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position adjusting mechanism for a movable base capable of finely adjusting the position of the movable base placed on a fixed base together with a working device by moving forward and backward from the same direction. SOLUTION: The position adjusting mechanism includes the fixed base 12 fixedly disposed while projecting a position reference body 14 from a flat surface 12a and the movable base 22 disposed on the fixed base 12 along the surface 12a. The position of the movable base 22 can be adjusted by moving the movable base 22 in the direction opposite to the pressure-contacting direction when the first adjusting bolt 29 of the movable base 22 is pressed against the position reference body 14 side and by moving the second adjusting bolt 18 provided in the position reference body in the same pressure-contacting direction when the second adjusting bolt 18 is pressed against the movable base 22 side from the direction in which the first adjusting bolt 29 is pressed.
