HEAT GENERATION FIXING ROLL AND IMAGE FIXING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe image fixing device activation capable of performing quick start in a very short standby time from the power activation, keeping power consumption low, and achieving a high speed of full-color image fixing. SOLUTION: A heat generation fixing roll includes a core body, an elastic layer, and a heat generating tubular body. The elastic layer is formed on an outer peripheral face of the core body. The heat generating tubular body is formed on an outer peripheral side of the elastic layer. In addition, the heat generating tubular body has at least a resistive heat generating body layer, an insulating layer, a mold release layer, and a conductive electrode layer.
