INFORMATION DISPLAY BODY AND TRANSFER FOIL USED FOR MANUFACTURING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display body, in which information for personal identification can be recognized and, at the same time, to which an antifabrication measure is given, and a transfer foil used for its manufacturing. SOLUTION: In an information display body, at least some part of which has an OVD 16, by which information can be optically and mechanically readable, a reflective thin film layer 15 overlies some part or the whole surface of an OVD portion having recorded information thereon, while a transparent reflecting layer 14 overlies the remaining OVD portion except the OVD portion having the recorded information thereon. A constitution, in which the reflective thin film layer overlies the OVD portion having recorded information thereon, while the transparent reflecting layer overlies the whole surface or some part of the OVD layer including the reflective thin film layer, may also be allowed.
