Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a sludge dehydration method which suppresses cost increase due to combined use of an inorganic coagulant and an amphoteric polymer or due to single use of a crosslinkable polymer. SOLUTION: In a process where one or more kinds selected from (a) a polymerized water-soluble polymer highly cationic with relatively low molecular weight, (b) a polyamidine, and (c) an amine/epihalohydorin condensate is added to sludge and mixed, a polyamidine of a water-in-oil emulsion is mixed, and then dehydrated is performed, a diluted solution prepared in a line or an undiluted solution is added to the sludge.
